The suspects were reportedly “surprised” by the speed of the investigation into the attack and went after Brussels instead. The attacks in Brussels happened days after various raids and the arrest of Salah Abdeslam, which likely pushed the attackers into action.

*LBN-OVERHEARD:   ***Ted Cruz, eat your heart out.Donald Trump has inspired a porn parody produced by Larry Flynt, who brought us “Who’s Nailin’ Paylin” eight years ago. This one, “The Donald,” stars Evan Stone (in a hideous blond wig) with a bevy of buxom co-stars in a fantasy of how the Republican Party front-runner might select his vice presidential running mate. Hustler founder and chairman Larry Flynt will announce on Monday that he will be sending a free copy of “The Donald” to every Republican member of Congress.   ***Megyn Kelly admitted, “I’m tough, but I cry,” while discussing her feud with Donald Trump. The Fox News superstar gave a speech to women including Anna Wintour, Mariska Hargitay, Lupita Nyong’o and Misty Copeland at Variety’s Power of Women Luncheon. “In the wake of the dust-up between yours truly and [Trump], some have used that word ‘fearless’ about me and it’s wrong,” Kelly said Friday. “I am not fearless nor do I know any fearless people . . . I’m scared about a lot. Fear is normal. The goal is not to get rid of it, the goal is to walk through it.”
