Saudi Arabia Warns of Economic Fallout if Congress Passes 9/11 Bill:

Saudi Arabia has told the Obama administration and members of Congress that it will sell off hundreds of billions of dollars’ worth of American assets held by the kingdom if Congress passes a bill that would allow the Saudi government to be held responsible in American courts for any role in the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks. The Obama administration has lobbied Congress to block the bill’s passage, according to administration officials and congressional aides from both parties, and the Saudi threats have been the subject of intense discussions in recent weeks between lawmakers and officials from the State Department and the Pentagon. The officials have warned senators of diplomatic and economic fallout from the legislation.

Bill Clinton Mocks Berniecrats: ‘Shoot Every Third Person on Wall Street’

Bill Clinton took aim at Bernie Sanders supporters on Friday. “I think it’s fine that all these young students have been so enthusiastic for her opponent, and it sounds so good, just shoot every third person on Wall Street and everything will be fine,” Clinton told NBC News, according to reporter Brad Jaffy. Clinton later said that “that’s a joke, it’s a total joke.” Bernie Sanders hit back at Clinton on Friday, tweeting an earlier version of this article. “We should be encouraging young people to get involved in politics, not disparaging them. This seems to be a pattern,” Sanders tweeted.

LBN-COMMENTARY by Barbara Garro (Author): If I had a 16-year-old daughter, I would be much more alarmed if I discovered she were smoking pot. Why? Pot smoking damages the brain, impairs thinking at a time when a teen needs all the brain-power she can muster in our media-driven, media-manipulating world. Yes, cigarette smoking has dangerous long-term effects, but cognitive impairment is not one of them. I would discourage pot use in my daughter by teaching her the dangers of both cigarette and pot smoking at an early age. In addition, I would role model non-smoking as her Mom. I’d monitor friends, too! Then, pray!
